Return Policy
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you would like to return your item/s please email us within 15 days of purchase at info@babyjives.com with your order number and we will issue you a RMA so you can return the item/s for either a full refund (less shipping) or a store credit to be used towards a future purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs UNLESS the return is due to our error, in which case we will issue you a prepaid label for return.
All items must be returned in original condition before any refunds will be issued. If your item is received more than 30 days after purchase we can only issue a store credit or a refund for the purchase price less a 10% service charge.We apologize, no refunds can be given on personalized items.
Exchange Policy

Shop Policies
Domestic Shipping
All orders over $30 ship USPS First Class Mail for Free. Typically it will take 2-5 days for your item to arrive once shipped. You will be notified via email when your item has shipped. If you would like to expedite your order so that it ships faster please contact us to make arrangements.
International Shipping
Yes! All items are shipped USPS First Class Parcel (items are not insured – if you would like insurance please contact us for a quote). Once shipped 6-14 days shipping time is typical but it can be up to 6-8 weeks for transit. You will be notified via email when your item has shipped.
International buyers are responsible for any customs fees. **Please note: we no longer ship to Brazil due to the increased customs holding time of 3-4 months causing massive delays in transit.
Items that are lost or damaged during transit
All orders over $50 in the US are shipped with insurance (if you are an international customer and would like insurance please contact us for a quote). If your package is damaged you should notify us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue at no cost to you. If your package is lost we must wait 21 days within the US and 45 days internationally before filing a claim. Once a claim has been resolved a new item will be created and shipped at no cost to you.
