Do you create custom mobiles?

Currently we are unable to take requests for custom mobiles. 


Why is a fabric no longer available?

Fabrics are purchased in very small quantities of 2 or 3 yards and often incorporate vintage fabrics. Because of this many mobiles are one of a kind or limited edition runs.

How does the mobile hang?

Suggestions for installation and extra monofilament are included with each mobile, hardware is not included. This is not a toy for children and is intended for decoration only. If you are going to hang this in a child’s room it should be hung well out of arms reach and as the child learns to stand you should adjust the mobile again. We advise against hanging this over a child’s bed because of the risk of injury.

What if this is a gift?

If you want to send a gift, please have the gift recipient's correct address as the shipping address at check out. I will include a gift card at no extra charge: please use the contact form to let me know the recipient’s name and include a brief message for the card. 

How do you ship within the US?

All orders ship USPS First Class Mail (items are not insured – if you would like insurance please contact us for a quote). All items are listed with current processing times  beneath individual items; currently many items are made on order and take 4 weeks to create and then ship.  Typically it will take 2-5 days for your item to arrive once shipped. You will be notified via email when your item has shipped.  If you would like to expedite your order so that it ships faster please contact us to make arrangements.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! All items are shipped USPS First Class Parcel (items are not insured – if you would like insurance please contact us for a quote).  All items are listed with current processing times  beneath individual items; currently many items are made on order and take 4 weeks to create and then ship. Once shipped 10-15 days shipping time is typical but it can be up to 6-8 weeks for transit. You will be notified via email when your item has shipped.
International buyers are responsible for any customs fees. Some items do contain wood a natural material that may be held for quarantine in certain countries, buyers should check with local guidelines for import if they have any questions. **Please note: we no longer ship to Brazil due to the increased customs holding time of 3-4 months causing massive delays in transit.

What if my item is lost or damaged in transit?

If your package is damaged you should notify us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue at no cost to you. If your package is lost you must file a claim with USPS to resolve this. We will assist you as needed. We are a small studio and if you are worried about an item being lost or damaged please contact us before purchase to arrange insurance.

Is my information secure?

At Baby Jives Co. we respect your need for privacy and therefore will never share your personal information with a third party. We use a PayPal shopping cart because it is secure, trusted, and user friendly. Also you do not need a PayPal account to purchase with us. You can easily proceed with payment using a Visa, Mastercard or American Express at Paypal without setting up an account.

Do you accept returns?

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are dissatisfied with your item please contact us within 15 days of receipt of item and we will make arrangements to either refund you the cost of the item (less shipping) or place a new order for you. All items must be returned in original condition at the purchaser's expense before any refunds will be issued. We apologize, no refunds can be given on custom items, please make sure you are certain of your choices when placing the order.

Do you wholesale?

Currently our wholesale program is on hold. If you are interested in being on the list once we resume wholesale please send your contact information to us via the contact form.
